When working with creative start-ups, we make sure that they quickly move from the idea-stage through to effective prototyping into the market, generating revenue and growing their customers’ base.
One full day of consultancy support allows for analysing and defining the needs of your organisations or business to ensure its stable growth. We help you to devise a plan, but the implementation will be up to you.
With no additional charge we will be available for another week to answer your questions and offer our advice should you get stuck with implementation.
Daily Rate: €750 per day
We spend one week with you and your strategic team, analysing and defining the needs of your organisation or business to ensure its stable growth. We devise a SMART implementation schedule and will work with your team to make sure that all agreed operations and processes have been put in place and can be run by your staff after we leave.
With no additional charge we will be available for another three weeks to answer your questions and offer our advice should you get stuck with implementation.
Weekly Rate: €3000 per day
Should your organisation or business require an additional consultant in a specialised field, we will help you to find the right person. The rates vary depending on the requirements, but our recommended rate is €750.00.
The aim of the Strategic Consultancy is to improve the strategic capability of your creative business or organisation by assisting you in the development and implementation of strategic activities of the company. It is designed to facilitate organisational or business growth as our consultants can act as coach, mentor, facilitator, analyst, negotiator or operator for you and your team.
You will get best results from the STRATEGIC BUSINESS CONSULTANCY when your project is a new assignment of strategic significance to your company or organisation such as a specific strategic review of one or more business functions or implementation of a new strategic initiative at a corporate or functional level.

The gaps between the sessions give you a chance to implement the agreed elements, test whether the solutions work and ask questions at the next session. The meetingsare conducted online using either Zoom.Us, Skype, Go-To-Meeting or in person (transport cost applies for clients located more 100 km from our premises). Your mentor during the mentoring programme will also be available to answer your questions between the sessions via email or over the phone.

Ian has over 15 years’ senior management and entrepreneurial experience in the Arts, creative and technology Sectors and 4 years’ experience working with Local Government, Local Enterprise Offices, Local Arts Offices, Arts Organisations and Venues, Universities, Businesses and Community Groups throughout Ireland, auditing and engaging the artistic and creative community within specific geographic regions.
Currently Ian is working on advising and designing sustainable projects that utilise art and creativity as the main driver to effect sustainable economic and social change. He also teaches and mentors artistic and creative entrepreneurship training to adult learners and undergraduate students.
Ian's experience includes developing and implementing business / career / marketing strategies, marketing, business development, digital media, digital content creation, communications, project management, developing business, marketing and digital media strategies and implementation, project development, management and budgeting, resource management, team development and cohesion, training and training distribution methods for clients, staff and stakeholders.
